HARE City Treasurer JRPARK, CALIFORNIA City Council Meeting of —49 // 2 199 ACTION: DP -302 was approved by the Council on May 22, 1985 for the purpose of constructing a 105,000 square foot industrial building located approximately 2,000 feet west of Buttercreek Road on the north side of Los Angeles Avenue. A location map is attached for your reference The City Engineer and the Director of Community Development have determined that the conditions of development have been satisfied and it is now appropriate to accept the improvements and exonerate the following bond : BOND ORIGINAL CURRENT TYPE BOND SURETY CO. NUMBER BOND AMOUNT BOND AMOUNT Performance and Payment Indemnity Co. of 921887S California $358,000 $ 36,000 RECOMMENDED ACTION o Accept DP -302 as complete. o Authorize table the City Clerk to exonerate the bond listed in the above one year from this date.
