Curbside and Drop -Off Procedure Refuse haulers have agreed to provide curbside pick -up of Christmas trees for all customers in the college and downtown areas from December 26 until January 11. Haulers will also provide roll -off bins for drop -off service at North Meadows Park on weekends from December 29 until January 13, from noon to 4 p.m. On Saturday, January 5 (rain date is January 13), a private contractor will grind trees at the park and return chips to residents who want them. The attached map indicates the boundaries of the curbside collection areas and the location of the drop -off site. Volunteers will be recruited to monitor the drop -off site each weekend day, and a City staff will work four hours on January 5 to supervise the chipping operation.
