Subject: ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT DEEDS FOR PD-1066 (LISTON)
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
PD-1066 is located on Park Lane just south of Los Angeles Avenue. A location map is
attached for your reference.
On February 3, 1988 the City Council approved this project for construction of an auto
repair facility. The necessary right-of-way for construction of street improvements along the
west side of Park Lane has now been provided by both the developer and the adjacent
property owner.
The original grant deeds are on file with the City Clerk and copies of the grant deeds are
attached. It is now appropriate for the City Council to accept these offers of right-of-way.
RECOMMENDED ACTION
Authorize the City Clerk, on behalf of the City to execute a "Certificate of Acceptance" for
each of the right-of-way dedications for PD-1066.
