Twent - fiveagenda packets are currently produced for Council, Staff, the
ibrary, City Hall Counter (this packet. is taken to the foyer at Council
meeting ), ana press as indicated. The Library copy is now placed in the
book return on Friday after the packet i produced so that it is
u
available to the public Saturday. A policy could be adopted that packets
not picked up for 2 consecutive meetings would be discontinued with a
procedure and /or ee to reinitia e e free or reduced cost packet.
Whatever policy, if any, is established for City Council packets, should
also apply for Planning Commission nd Parks & Recreation Commission
agenda packets.
RECOMMENDATION•
Direct staff as deemed appropriate.
