Recommendation: Deny the appeal. (Continued Item

B. Consider Appeal 90-3 (TESFAY) - Request to
Overturn Planning Commission Decision to Receive
and File the Director's Decision to Approve Patio
Cover and Second Floor Deck Request. Staff
Recommendation: Deny the appeal.
C. Consider RPD-89-1 - 236 apartment units; LDM-89-2 -
Parcel Map Creating Separate Panels for Residential
and Commercial Projects: CPD' s 89-1 and 89-2 -
168,490 sq. ft Retail Commercial Uses. 28 .000 sq.
ft. Restaurant Uses. 2 .300 sq. ft Gas Station/Car

Daycare Center. Staff Recommendation: The staff
recommends approval while the Planning "Commission

D. Consider a Requirement to Install Low-Water
Consumption Fixtures and Devices in all New
Construction. Staff Recommendation: Introduce
ordinance no.
E. Consider Proposed Amendments to Moorpark Zoning
Code to Require that Applicable Projects are
Consistent with the Ventura County Hazardous Waste
Management Plan's Siting Criteria for Hazardous
Waste Facilities. Staff Recommendation: Direct
staff to incorporate proposed zoning code changes
into the County Zoning code which is under
consideration for City adoption.
F. Consider Zoning Ordinance Update. Staff
Recommendation: Begin review of the draft zoning
ordinance and continue this matter to the August
15, 1990 City Council agenda.

SUBJECT: AGENDA PACKET FOR JULY 25, 1990 CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Please be advised of the following with regard to the agenda packet
for the July 25, 1990 City Council meeting:
9.C. Additional architectural renderings have been provided to
the Council by the applicant and placed in the Council
boxes.
ll.B. The Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy has provided two
letters of support for the Rim of the Valley Trail
Corridor Plan from other public agencies; the Council has
been given the letters as a box item. In addition,
another copy of the Master Plan and map for the proposed
trail system has again been provided by the Conservancy
to the Council and placed in the Council boxes.
ll.F. City staff is reviewing implementation of Proposition ill
and have requested City Attorney advice on this matter.
Information should be available prior to the meeting.
