Director of TRACTS Nos. 4140, 4141 AND 4142 (URBAN WEST COMMUNITIES) ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS AND BOND EXONERATION BACKGROUND INFORMATION HN V.GILLESPIE Chief of Police CHARD T. HARE City Treasurer Tracts Nos. 4140, 4141 and 4142 (UWC) make up the South Village area of Planned Community -3 in the Mountain Meadows area of the City. A location map is enclosed for your reference. At its April 7, 1986 meeting, the Council approved the development conditions for these tracts. The conditions of development and construction punch list items have been completed and the public improvements are ready for acceptance with the exception of the street improvements for the model home site within Tract 4140 -1. The City Engineer has determined that the existing $72,000 bond for Tract 4140 -1 shall remain in effect until completion of the model home site. Tierra Rejada Road from the Arroyo Simi to the Southern California Edison easement and Mountain Trail Road Street Improvements are covered under a separate bond per Council action at the July 19, 1989 meeting. It is now appropriate to accept the improvements (except for Tract 4140 -1 street improvements) and exonerate the following bonds. Original Current Bond Bond Type Surety Co. These bonds shall automatically exonerate on July 25, 1991.
