Knipe, Assistant City Engineer DATE: July 8, 1987 SUBJECT: Acceptance of Two Grant Deeds for the Remainder of the Community Park Site at Mountain Meadows BACKGROUND INFORMATION As part of the requirements of the approved plan for PC-3, the developer was required to dedicate parkland to the City of Moorpark. This parkland has been dedicated in portions as the PC-3 development continues. Enclosed are two Grant Deeds for the remainder of this park site. One parcel is 10. 10 acres and the other is 20. 84 acres. Their location is shown in the exhibits attached to each Grand Deed. RECOMMENDED ACTION Authorize the City Clerk, on behalf of the City, to execute the "Certificate of Acceptance" for each Grant Deed.
