Moorpark, California. 1. CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Parvin called the City Council meeting to order at 8:35 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL: Present: Councilmembers Mikos, Millhouse, Pollock, Van Dam, and Mayor Parvin. Staff Present: Steven Kueny, City Manager; Joseph Montes, City Attorney; Hugh Riley, Assistant City Manager; Deborah Traffenstedt, Deputy City Manager; Ron Ahlers, Finance Director; David Bobardt, Community Development Director; Dave Klotzle, City Engineer /Public Works Director; David Moe, Redevelopment Manager; Captain Ron Nelson, Sheriffs Department; and Maureen Benson, City Clerk. 3. PUBLIC COMMENT: None. 4. REORDERING OF, AND ADDITIONS TO, THE AGENDA: None. 5. PRESENTATION /ACTION /DISCUSSION: A. Consider Resolution Designating the City[ of Moorpark as the Successor Aoencv and Successor Housing Agency of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Moorpark. Staff Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2012 -3079, designating the City of Moorpark as the successor agency and successor housing agency of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Moorpark. There were no speakers. MOTION: Councilmember Millhouse moved and Councilmember Van Dam seconded a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2012 -3079, designating the City of Moorpark as Successor Agency and Successor Housing Agency of the 42 Minutes of the City Council Moorpark California Page 2 January 4, 2012 Redevelopment Agency of the City of Moorpark. The motion carried by unanimous voice vote. 6. CLOSED SESSION: None was held. 7. ADJOURNMENT: Mayor Parvin adjourned the meeting at 8:36 p.m. Janice S.
