Moorpark, California January 18, 2012
A Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Moorpark was held on
January 18, 2012, in the Community Center of said City located at 799 Moorpark
Avenue, Moorpark, California.
1. CALL TO ORDER:
Chair Parvin called the meeting to order at 8:33 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL:
Present: Agency Members Mikos, Pollock, Van Dam, and Chair
Parvin.
Absent: Agency Member Millhouse.
Staff Present: Steven Kueny, Executive Director; Hugh Riley, Assistant
Executive Director; Deborah Traffenstedt, Deputy City
Manager; Ron Ahlers, Agency Treasurer; David Moe,
Redevelopment Manager; and Maureen Benson, Agency
Secretary.
3. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None.
4. REORDERING OF, AND ADDITIONS TO, THE AGENDA:
CONSENSUS: It was the consensus of the Council to pull Item 5.D. from the Consent
Calendar for individual consideration.
5. CONSENT CALENDAR: (ROLL CALL VOTE REQUIRED)
MOTION: Agency Member Pollock moved and Agency Member Van Dam seconded a
motion to approve the Consent Calendar with the exception of Item 5.D, which was
pulled for individual consideration. The motion carried by roll call vote 4-0, Agency
Member Millhouse absent.
A. Consider Minutes of Regular Meeting of January 4, 2012. Staff
Recommendation: Approve the minutes
B. Consider Fiscal Statement Corrections for Fiscal Year 2010-11. Staff
Recommendation: Accept the report and Fiscal Statement Report as
contained in the agenda report. ROLL CALL VOTE REQUIRED

C. Consider Resolution Rescinding Resolution No. 2011-248 Adopting a
Loan Agreement between the City of Moorpark and the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Moorpark. Staff Recommendation: Adopt
Resolution No. 2012-252, rescinding Resolution No. 2011-248.
AT THIS POINT in the meeting the following item was pulled for individual
consideration.
D. Consider Adopting an Enforceable Obligation Payment Schedule for
January 1, 2012 through June 30, 2012. Staff Recommendation: 1)
Adopt Enforceable Obligation Payment Schedule as contained in the
agenda report; and 2) Direct staff to transmit the Enforceable Obligation
Payment Schedule to the State of California and post the same on the
City's website, as ordered in the legislation. ROLL CALL VOTE
REQUIRED
Mr. Ahlers introduced a supplemental agenda report containing updated
figures for the Enforceable Obligation Payment Schedule which will be
sent to the State and posted on the City's website.
MOTION: Agency Member Pollock moved and Agency Member Mikos seconded
a motion to: 1) Adopt the revised Enforceable Obligation Payment Schedule as
contained in the supplemental agenda report; and 2) Direct staff to transmit the
revised Enforceable Obligation Payment Schedule to the State of California and
post the same on the City's website, as ordered in the legislation. The motion
carried by roll call vote 4-0, Agency Member Millhouse absent.
6. CLOSED SESSION:
None was held.
7. ADJOURNMENT:
Chair Parvin adjourned the meeting at 8:39 p.m.
