Staff is preparing to issue annual contracts for property maintenance and weed

Redevelopment Agency of the City of Moorpark (SHA) and one City property. Upon
review of the budget line items, it was discovered that funds in the property

• 450 Charles Street
• 460 Charles Street

abatement activites at the above referenced SHA properties. The General Fund (1000)
is being used for 161 Second Street because it is intended that this property will be
used to construct a small city park. Therefore, a budget amendment in the amount of

activities at 161 Second Street is being requested.
