ch 24, 1993, Lory Anderson filed Lot Line Adjustment 93 -2 to Parcel Map 3174. This
is to adjust the property lines between parcels la and lb, both of which are owned by

RIGHT TO APPEAL:
Pursuant to Section 8163 -4.1.3 of the City of Moorpark Ordinance
Coda, any aggrieved party may appeal this Lot Line Adjustment
app oval within fifteen calendar days after such approval. Such an
app al must be made by filing an approved appeal form and
sub itting the required fee with the Department of Community
Dev lopment of the City of Moorpark. These appeal forms may be
obtained from the Department of Community Development. If an
app al has been timely filed, the Department of Community
Dev lopment will schedule a hearing date before the Planning
Com ission to review the matter at the earliest convenient date.
