This is to adjust the property lines between parcels la and lb, both of which are owned by derson. The purpose of this Lot Line Adjustment is to increase the size of lot lb, decreasing the size of parcel la, both lots are conforming with all the requirements of it Exclusive zone which requires a minimum of five acre lots. Such an app al must be made by filing an approved appeal form and sub itting the required fee with the Department of Community Dev lopment of the City of Moorpark. These appeal forms may be obtained from the Department of Community Development. If an app al has been timely filed, the Department of Community Dev lopment will schedule a hearing date before the Planning Com ission to review the matter at the earliest convenient date.
