Gilbert, Director of Public Works July 14, 1993 (Council Meeting 7- 21 -93) Consider Approval of Certificate of Acceptance for an Easement Deed for Traffic Signal Maintenance at the Future Commercial Center Entry on the West Side of Tierra Rejada Road North of Mountain Trail Street. Pur uant to the requirements of certain Conditions of Approval of dev lopment entitlement, Urban West Communities (UWC) is proceeding wit the construction of three traffic signals on Tierra Rejada Roa at the locations shown on Exhibit 'A'. Tra fic signal #2 serves an entrance to the High School property on the north side of the street and an entrance to the future com ercial center on the south side of the street. In order to con truct and maintain this traffic signal, it is necessary for the own rs of those properties to convey easements to the City. UWC is in the process of obtaining an Easement from the Moorpark Uni ied School District for the required Easement on the east side of ierra Rejada Road. When obtained it will be forwarded to the Cit for acceptance and recordation. An sement for the west side of Tierra Rejada Road (attached) has beeri prepared by UWC and offered for acceptance and recordation.
