SUBJECT: Consider Exoneration of Surety Bond for Mark T. Noel for New
Workshed Addition at 6131 Gabbert Road
BACKGROUND
This project involved the grading and drainage improvements as part of the addition of a
new workshed on the property owned by Mark T. Noel at 6131 Gabbert Road as shown
on Attachment 1.
DISCUSSION
The property owner, Mark T. Noel, has requested an exoneration of the surety bond for
this development.
This surety bond was used as a mechanism to guarantee the construction of the
grading, improvements, and erosion control for this project. The improvements
guaranteed by Grading and Improvements Bond No. 661119530 have been completed.
The improvements have been completed and no warranty work is required. Staff
recommends the bond to be fully exonerated.
