INUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL

A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Moorpark was held on June 10,
2009, in the Community Center of said City located at 799 Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark,
California.
1. CALL TO ORDER:
Mayor Parvin called the meeting to order at 7:40 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL:
Present: Councilmembers Mikos, Millhouse, Pollock, Van Dam, and
Mayor Parvin.
Staff Present: Steven Kueny, City Manager; Hugh Riley, Assistant City
Manager; and Deborah Traffenstedt, Administrative Services
Director/City Clerk.
3. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None.
4. REORDERING OF, AND ADDITIONS TO, THE AGENDA:
None.
5. PRESENTATION/ACTION/DISCUSSION:
A. Consider Grant Deed for 396, 406, and 436 Charles Street to the
Moorpark20, L.P. Staff Recommendation: Approve the granting of the
deed for 396, 406, and 436 Charles Street to Moorpark20, L.P., a
California Limited Partnership and authorize the City Manager to execute
all documents necessary for this transaction.
There was no staff report and no speakers.
MOTION: Councilmember Millhouse moved and Councilmember Mikos
seconded a motion to approve the granting of the deed for 396, 406, and 436
Charles Street to Moorpark20, L.P, a California Limited Partnership and
authorize the City Manager to execute all documents necessary for this
transaction. The motion carried by unanimous voice vote.
6. CLOSED SESSION:
Mr. Kueny requested the Council go into closed session for discussion of Items
6.D. and 6.E. on the agenda.

MOTION: Councilmember Millhouse moved and Councilmember Van Dam seconded a
motion to adjourn to closed session for discussion of Items 6.D. and 6.E. on the agenda.
The motion carried by unanimous voice vote.

The Council reconvened into open session at 7:49 p.m. Mr. Kueny stated Items
6.D. and 6.E. were discussed and there was no action to report.
7. ADJOURNMENT:
Mayor Parvin adjourned the meeting at 7:49 p.m.
