The public shall have the opportunity to address the City Council/Successor Agency at this teleconference location pursuant to Government Code Section §54954.3. All votes during the teleconferencing session will be conducted by roll call vote. The teleconference location is accessible to the public and the agenda will be posted at the teleconference location 24 hours before the meeting.
