NOTICE OF CANCELLATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Regular Meeting of the Oversight Board to the
Successor Agency of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Moorpark to be held
Tuesday, December 20, 2016, commencing at 3:30 p.m. at the Moorpark Community
Center, located at 799 Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark, California, is hereby canceled.
The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Oversight Board to the Successor
Agency of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Moorpark will be held on
January 17, 2017, at 3:30 p.m.

CANCELLATION NOTICE
I, Blanca Garza, declare as follows:
That I am the Deputy City Clerk of the City of Moorpark and that the Regular Meeting of the
Oversight Board to the Successor Agency of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Moorpark scheduled to be held on Tuesday, December 20, 2016, commencing at 3:30
p.m. at the Moorpark Community Center, located at 799 Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark,
California has been canceled. A copy of said Notice of Cancellation was posted on
December 9, 2016, at a conspicuous place at the Moorpark Community Center, 799
Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark, California.
I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
