PUBLIC COMMENT: All writings and documents provided to the majority of the City Council regarding all open-session agenda items are available for public inspection at the City Hall public counter located at 799 Moorpark Avenue during regular business hours. The agenda packet for all City Council meetings is available on the City's website at www.moorparkca.qov. Staff Recommendation: Approve the draft response to the Grand Jury Report Form, and authorize the City Manager to sign and submit the response to the Ventura County Grand Jury. (Staff: Maureen Benson) Consider Potential Establishment of Railroad Quiet Zone on Moorpark Avenue and Spring Road. Staff Recommendation: Do not move forward with establishing a Quiet Zone in the downtown area at this time. (Staff: Sean Corrigan) J. Consider Letter of Support to the Board of Supervisors for Initiation of Ventura County Wildlife Corridor Overlay Zone. Staff Recommendation: Authorize the City Manager to send a letter on behalf of the City Council expressing support for the initiation of a new Wildlife Corridor Overlay Zone.
