Hare, City Clerk g DATE: May 9, 1996 (CC Mtg of 5/15/96) SUBJECT: CONSIDER ACCEPTANCE OF AN EASEMENT FOR ACCESS, UTILITY, DRAINAGE, PARKING AND RELATED PURPOSES FROM MISSION BELL PARTNERS (PM 4961) Mission Bell Partners has provided a grant deed for an easement for access, utility, drainage, parking and related purposes over a portion of Parcel 7 of Parcel Map 4961. Parcel Map 4961 was approved on October 5, 1994 along with Major Modification No. 2 to CPD 89-1 (Mission Bell Plaza). The City Engineer's Office has determined that the subject easement is shown as a proposed easement on the Parcel Map but as it does not also appear as a condition of approval for the project, staff is requesting that the Council formally accept the easement so that the City Clerk may prepare a Certificate of Acceptance for recordation purposes. The legal description has been verified by City Engineering.
