Staff Recommendation: 1) Open the public hearing, accept public testimony, and close the public hearing; and 2) Introduce Ordinance No. for first reading, waive full reading, and place this ordinance on the agenda for May 3, 2017, for purposes of providing second reading and adoption of the ordinance. Consider Resolution Rescinding Resolution No. 2015-3416 and Establishing a New Bail Schedule for Violations of the Moorpark Municipal Traffic Code, Which Apply to Vehicle Parking Violations.
