d. That if Fireplace Systems produced a report on a house which stated there
were no violations found, the City Building Inspector would conduct an
inspection regardless. If the inspector found that there were no violations,
the City would pay for his time; if the inspector did find violations, Fireplace
Systems would be required to pay for the inspector's time, and would be
required to do the work necessary.
e. That Pardee Construction Company would pay for the random inspection
of ten homes. The inspector is to be selected by the City but it may not
include the City's Building Inspector.
f. That for fireplaces which require extensions, stucco must be used to cover
the extension instead of sheet metal.
g. That the cost of the permit would be based on the inspector's actual time
worked plus the City's administrative cost calculated at 41.66% of the
inspectors fee.
After you have reviewed these points, please respond in writing and identify specifically
if Pardee does not agree with any of the City and HOA provisions included in this letter.
If you have any questions please feel free to call me.
Sincerely,
DI j2.-.Q- 5,
