Any profit from the event is to be deposited into the scholarship ''.und to benefit students from both Moorpark High School and Commun •.y HigIJI School. Consistent with the City's staraciard f`e schedule, W.O.M.E.N. fall into Group Classification I, an a: sL, .Yc, would be required to pay the City $25.00 per hour for use- o` the Apricot Room, $25 per hour for the Citrus Room, and a set-.ap `ee of $42 and $36, respectively for each room. At the December 17, 1993 City :ouncil Meeting, Council approved the use of the Community Centei by W,O.M.E.N. for the 1994 Miss Moorpark and Miss Teen Moorpark Pageant. The Council directed staff to charge W.O.M.E.N. only ianitoiial fees of $17.00 per hour and not require a security deposit, as Lt was determined that the event could be co- sponsored by !:I-Ie (71Lt ,' . (The direct costs to the City are now calculated at $2`)J)( pe hour, but in 1993, these costs were calculated at $17.0:` per hour.) W.O.M.E.N. was to work directly with Videomax for the Vi(Jeot.aping service at W.O.M.E.N. 's expense.
