BACKGROUND The Community Services Departmern� is planning the annual 4th Of July Picnic for Tuesday 'ily 4, 1995.. The event is planned to be held at Arroyo Vii -:a Community Park from 10 am pm. Representatives from �}.i_lc Community Church and the American Legion are going t >> } e meeting with staff in the next. month to work on the p:- ;qi am details.
