MEETING OF THE MOORPARK CITY COUNCIL
TO THE MEMBERS OF THE MOORPARK CITY COUNCIL:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the City Council of the
City of Moorpark is hereby called to be held on Wednesday, June 7, 2006, commencing
at 6:30 p.m. Said meeting will convene in the Moorpark Community Center located at
799 Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark, California.
Said Special Meeting shall be for the purpose of considering the following:

A. Consider Use of High Street as Truck Haul Route for Up to 40 Working
Days for the Essex Portfolio Development Project (Formerly Moorpark
High School Site. Staff Recommendation: Authorize the use of High
Street westbound only for import dirt haul of fill material for duration of 40
working days. In addition to standard haul permit conditions, haul hours
shall be 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. (Staff: Yugal
Lail)

That I am the Deputy City Clerk of the City of Moorpark and that a Special Meeting of
the Moorpark City Council will be held on Wednesday, June 7, 2006, commencing at
6:30 p.m. at the Moorpark Community Center, located at 799 Moorpark Avenue,
Moorpark, California. A copy of said Notice was posted on June 6, 2006, at a
conspicuous place at the Moorpark Community Center, 799 Moorpark Avenue,
Moorpark, California.
