Lall, City Engineer /Public Works Director Prepared by: Adam Burks, Assistant Engineer DATE: December 4, 2006 (CC Meeting of 12- 20 -06) SUBJECT: Consider Bond Exonerations for Lennar Moorpark, LLC (RPD 98 -03, TR4975) BACKGROUND This is a 127 home Residential Planned Development (No. 98 -03, TR4975) located on the east side of Miller Parkway between Peach Hill Road and Tierra Rejada Road (Attachment 1). DISCUSSION Lennar Moorpark, LLC has requested the exoneration of their surety bonds on file with the City of Moorpark for Tract 4975. These surety bonds were used as a mechanism to guarantee the grading and improvements and performance and payment for the project. All work covered under these surety bonds have been completed. The following are the applicable bonds: BOND NO.
