The gardeners of the Moorpark Community Garden would like to r -(,juest that our Garden be placed on the agenda for Wednesday, {.Ze 2, 1993 to discuss the reappropriation of funds. As you recall, $500 was initially approved for (1) setting up a ..;:)meter for water and (2) disking the land. Thanks to Urban t:, the land was disked for free. At this time, we are asking i;.it. the remaining money be reappropriated, to be held in trust :)r t..he use of the Garden as needed. Here is a preliminary list i -.ems we believe we will need the money for: fee (estimated to be $100 to $150) for amending the Church's .nsurance policy to add on the gardeners.
