SUBJECT: Moorpark Avenue Storm Drain Traffic Control /Detour Plan
BACKGROUND:
Flooding in Moorpark Avenue durinc; heavy rains prompted the City
to direct the City Engineer to st,.dy and design storm drain
improvements. After studying t:he probleri, the scope of the storm
drain was extended to include dra,nage problems on Flory Avenue
and at the new Metrol.ink parking ot. Because Moorpark Avenue is
a state highway, Caltrans has agr «,ed -o participate in the cost
