RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Council consider two
Town Hall meetings each year; one to be held in the Spring to allow
comments about the budget and City goals and objectives, and one to
be held in the Fall. Both meetings to be informal, (not televised
nor with a formal agenda) and except for the proposed discussion of
the budget and goals and objectives, with no predetermined topics
nor limitation of subjects. Staff recommends the meetings take
place at the Community Center because of its central and well known
location in the City.
