NOTICE AND CALL OF A
SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MOORPARK
TO THE MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOORPARK:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the City Council
of the City of Moorpark is hereby called to be held on WEDNESDAY,
APRIL 26, 1995, commencing at 7:00 P.M. Said meeting will be held
in the Council Chambers located at 799 Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark,
California.
Said Special Meeting shall be for the purpose of the following:

A. Consider Resolution No. 95- Authorizing Staff to Apply
for One Time Only Funds from Area Agency on Aging for
Capital Purchase at Senior Center. Staff Recommendation:
Adopt Resolution No. 95- regarding application for One
Time Only Funds from Ventura County Area Agency on Aging.
RESOLUTION NO. 95-
4. PUBLIC HEARING:
A. Consider the Planning Commission Recommendation to Adopt
the Hillside Ordinance. Staff Recommendation: 1) Open
the public hearing, take public testimony, and close the
public hearing; 2) Find that the Hillside Ordinance is
categorically exempt pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines
Section 15061(b) (3) in that the proposed amendments to
the Zoning Ordinance do not have the potential for
causing a significant effect on the environment; and 3)
Introduce Ordinance No. for first reading. (PUBLIC

5. ACTION/DISCUSSION:
A. Consider Preliminary Cost Estimates and Scope of Work for
Development of Citywide Traffic Mitigation Fee Program.
Staff Recommendation: 1) Review the staff report and
attachments, 2) Discuss and provide direction to staff
regarding future roadways to be funded by a Citywide
Traffic Mitigation Fee, 3) Direct staff to proceed with
the development of a Citywide Traffic Mitigation Fee
through completion of the tasks outlined in the staff
report; 4) Assign the Transportation and Streets
Committee to work with staff. (Continued from 4/5/95)
B. Consider Workshop to Discuss Land Planning and
Circulation for Northern Portion of City. Staff
Recommendation: Direct staff as deemed appropriate.

three minutes shall be imposed upon each Discussion/Action item
