SUBJECT: APPROVAL OF PARCEL MAP 4961 (VENTURA PACIFIC CAPITAL)
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The subject parcel map is located north of the Los Angeles Avenue/
Liberty Bell Road intersection, in the City of Moorpark. A location
map is attached for your reference (See Exhibit A).
A tentative parcel map was approved by the City Council on October 5,
1994. This map represents a land division of 15.31 acres into seven
parcels. The subdivision is for commercial development purposes.
Previous street dedications for Lassen Avenue, La Palma Court and
Gisler Avenue are no longer required for City use and have been shown
on this map as being abandoned.
It is staff's opinion that the final map, as presented for approval,
conforms to the approved tentative map.
The conditions of approval for this map have been satisfied. All
improvement bonds, as required by the conditions of approval, have
been submitted.

RECOMMENDED ACTION
1. Approve Parcel Map 4961; and
2. Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign the Title
Sheets; and
3. Direct the City Clerk to record Parcel Map 4961.
