Knipe, Assistant City Engineer 4( DATE: April 14, 1988 SUBJECT: Tract 2865-3 (Pardee) Landscape Easement Adjustments BACKGROUND INFORMATION Tract 2865-3 is located in the Peachhill area of the City south of Tierra Rejada Road. A vicinity map is enclosed for your reference. On September 4, 1979, the County Supervisors approved the final map for this Tract and entered into agreements with the Pardee Construction Company for the construction of public improvements. On May 13th, 1983, the County of Ventura accepted a landscape planting and maintenance easement from Pardee Construciton Company for the slope adjacent to Tierra Rejada Road. This easement affected Lots 203 through 209, 242, 244, 246, and 248 through 253 . See the enclosed map for the locations of these lots. Pardee is now requesting an adjustment in the landscape maintenance easements for these lots. The purpose of this landscape maintenance easement area adjustment is to make the easement line correspond with the top of slope line. 799 Moorpark Avenue Moorpark, California 93021 (805) 529-6864 RECOMMENDED ACTION - Accept the revised landscape planting and maintenance easement, and authorize the City Clerk to execute a Certificate of Acceptance for the easement. - Accept the Quitclaim of the original landscape planting and maintenance easement, and authorize the City Clerk to execute a Certificate of Acceptance of the Quitclaim.
