Speakers who wish to address the Redevelopment Agency concerning a Public Hearing item must do so during the Public Hearing for that item. Speaker Cards must be received by the Secretary of the Redevelopment Agency prior to the Call to Order of the meeting. Speakers will be heard in the order that their Speaker Cards are received. MINUTES OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY Moorpark, California April 3, 1991 A Special Meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Moorpark was held on April 3, 1991 in the City Council Chambers of said City located at 799 Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark, California. 1. CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Lawrason called the meeting to order at 6:13 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL: Present: Agency Members Montgomery, Perez, Talley, Wozniak, and Chairman Lawrason. Steven Kueny, Executive Director; Richard Hare, Agency Treasurer; Cheryl Kane, Agency Counsel; Lillian Kellerman, Agency Secretary. 3. PUBLIC COMMENT: None. 4. No oral bids were presented. Thus absent both sealed and oral bids, the Board moved to suspend the disposal process and requested staff to prepare a report for their consideration at their next meeting scheduled for May 7, 1991. Essentially our report will offer three options for the Board's consideration. They are: 1. Reinstate the sales procedure. 2. Pursue alternate means of disposal through an exchange of real property as provided for in Education Code section 81470. 3. Suspend the disposal process temporarily and reconsider the sale at some time in the future when economic factors may make the property more attractive for purchase.
