Regulations of Specific Plan as Zoning for the Property -
Carlsberg Financial Corporation - Staff Recommendation:
1) Certify the Final EIR, and 2) direct staff as deemed

TO THE MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL AND THE CITY CLERK OF THE CITY
OF MOORPARK:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the City
Council of the City of Moorpark is hereby called to be held on
MONDAY, NOVEMBER 29, 1993 , commencing at 7 : 00 p.m. Said meeting
will be held in the Council Chambers of the City of Moorpark,
located at 799 Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark, California.
Said Special Meeting shall be for the purpose of considering the
following items.
I. OPEN SESSION:
A. PUBLIC HEARING:
