Subject: Consider Request for the Exoneration of the cash bond
for the water line construc ~ by the Boys and Girls
Club on Case- Road.
An encroachment permit was issued on June 18, 1996 to construct a
water line on Casey Road to serve the Boys and Girls Club. A
cash deposit for $3,000, 200% of the cost of construction, was
required to issue the permit in thF' City Right of Way.
The contractor has completed construction of the water line and
backfilled the trench per the City standards.
Authorize the City Clerk to refund the cash bond in the amount of
$3,000.
