Tract 4973 The final map for tract 4973 represents u land division of 210.68 acres into 4 lots f.or residential and commercial development. There are 2 open space parcels (0S -1 & OS --2 and one parcel for a natural park (NP -1) . At the City's request parcels OS -2 and NP -1- are offered for dedication to the City at this time. The OS -2 lot was not originally intended for edicat ion to ' he City.
